Alexandra Bell and David Koedyk join Catalyst Intellectual Property

We are very pleased to welcome Alexandra Bell and David Koedyk to Catalyst Intellectual Property.


Alexandra has joined our Auckland office. She strengthens our capability in the area of trade marks and branding, having spent five years in London gaining experience in UK, EU and international trade marks, designs and related soft IP law at one of Europe’s top IP specialist law firms. Prior to that, Alexandra worked as a Solicitor in Wellington assisting local and international clients protect and enforce their trade mark rights in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands.


David returns to our Wellington office. He was with us for four years before shifting to the patents team in one of New Zealand’s leading law firms. He returns to us with recent patent infringement litigation experience before the High Court of New Zealand, and further strengthens our patent team.
