Wendy has more than 20 years of experience working in intellectual property, and has helped ensure our clients’ portfolios run smoothly from day one. She has direct interaction with many clients and firms of patent attorneys and lawyers around the world.

​

She has particular expertise in document management, filing of national and international patent applications, intellectual property assignments, recordal of name and address changes, as well as Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand and IP Australia procedures.

​

Wendy is qualified with a Legal Executive Diploma from the New Zealand Law Society. 

 

Wendy’s responsibilities include:

 

All aspects of patent and design portfolio administration, including filing, maintenance, assignments, recordals, and renewals.

 

Case records and file management.

 

Monitoring of critical deadlines.

 

Database management.
