SYLVIA ERWEE

Sylvia is an experienced paralegal with over 20 years of experience working in various areas of law.  Sylvia joined Catalyst Intellectual Property in 2023 as part of the Auckland trade mark practice.  Sylvia works closely with practitioners in the trade mark team, as well as independently handling direct communications with clients and agents. 
 
Sylvia is experienced in trade mark procedures at the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand and IP Australia, as well as portfolio administration and work-flow management.  Sylvia’s legal training and experience working in New Zealand and overseas ensures smooth handling of all trade mark matters.

Sylvia is qualified with an LLB from the University of South Africa.

All aspects of trade mark portfolio management, including preparing, filing, and managing trade mark applications globally, including in New Zealand, Australia and other Pacific Island territories and including
